About University for SDGs

University for SDGs is a unique multidisciplinary student association network. Our credo stems from the belief that university involvement is essential to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals drawn up by the United Nations for the 2030 Agenda. In order to raise awareness about sustainable development, our platform strives to increase participation and encourages young students to come together to explore innovative ideas. The project was born in Ca’ Foscari (University of Venice) and it is currently operating in 7 Italian universities. Each association takes on specific nuances depending on local interests and needs: we focus on various areas, from multimedia content to physical events and initiatives, constantly keeping the 17 SDGs as a reference point.
