The University is currently conducting a comprehensive market analysis project that will guide the South Campus development. This analysis will inform decisions on the specific residential and commercial development of the land. The objective is to see the land transformed into a thriving community comprised of some combination of retailers, restaurants, housing, and/or other services. This development project will take a phased approach that will benefit the University and surrounding community to shop, live, work and play. The expected completion timeline is approximately 20 years. Planning for the project will begin in early 2024 with the first phase of development expected to begin in 2025.
