Founded in 1923 by the Sisters of Charity and Leavenworth, the University of Saint Mary has a long tradition of academic excellence. Known for its personalized approach to learning and its dedicated faculty and staff, The Princeton Review has repeatedly named the USM a “Best Midwestern College*” every year since 2005.
