We are a sales and marketing agency dedicated to unleashing the potential of great ideas and converting them to sales. Our focus is on supporting the growth and commercialisation of NZ’s innovation and export economy. Our expertise is in delivering new revenue streams from either new market entry (country or channel) or launching new products. We have proven success in Australia, Asia, North America and Europe through applying a wide range of sales strategies which include distributors, agencies, in-house sales teams, and ecommerce. The typical problem we solve is a lack of in-house capability and capacity to implement a new growth initiative. We address this by providing a short-term boost of executive level expertise to accelerate new business opportunities. We provide focus, an unencumbered approach to execution, hard fought experience, and a network of contacts to assist with problem solving. The first stage of work typically takes the form of a consultancy service to define the opportunity and develop a plan to win with a very targeted strategy. We then support your sales execution by taking a hands-on approach which can range from a fully outsourced sales and marketing service through to a coaching and mentoring role. We will also set up systems and processes to ensure your new initiative is scaleable, and can ultimately be managed by an internal team.
