Unmask Yourself is a social enterprise passionate and committed to helping people to help themselves with their mental health, personal development, and social awareness. The purpose is to help those we reach to live happier lives, see and fulfill their full potential and to be empathetic and understanding of the lives and experiences of others. We do this by creating video content on all different issues that people face on a daily basis, by conducting interviews with people with a lived experience to show stories of hope and by facilitating workshops and programs to support people through their journey. Our approach is designed to be relatable, easy to understand with tips that are easy to apply so that you’re inspired and empowered to implement change into your own life. Why we do this is because we believe everyone not only has the right but the opportunity to live, experience and enjoy the life they have and we want to be part of helping people see that for themselves regardless of their story or where they’re at in life.
