Unova Consulting is a specialist independent building services consultancy. We are passionate about what we do and we focus on providing a high standard of commercial advice to our clients. We work with building consultancies, surveyors, funders, contractors, owners, occupiers and developers across all sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail and residential to assist our clients with all stages of their property and portfolio life-cycle. Whilst we cover all sectors and can assist with any mechanical and electrical ( M&E / MEP ) building services consultancy requirements, we specialise in M&E dilapidations and technical due diligence. Having worked with some of the leading building surveying consultancies, we are experienced in dilapidations procedure and relevant case law. Our experience includes complex lease negotiations from assessments through to interim / terminal schedule of dilapidations, vacant possession lease breaks and dispute resolution. We are very proud to have successfully worked with some of the leading law firms on high profile dilapidations cases in recent years. We pride ourselves in offering high quality, commercial technical due diligence advice to suit our client's business and operational requirements. Whether it's a single building or a multi-site portfolio, we can cater for all requirements.
