About UNSW Chinese Musician Society
UNSW琴艺轩,又称CMS (Chinese Musician Society),正式成立于2013年5月,由本校一群热爱音乐的学生自发创建,是目前新南威尔士大学唯一的华人音乐社团。虽然社团成立不久,有些方面仍须完善,但是经过大家的不懈努力与无私付出,琴艺轩已初具规模,除了每学期一次的大型的音乐活动,社团还长期开放合唱团,乐器教学,音乐沙龙等日常活动供社员学习与交流。在仅仅一年的时间内,琴艺轩已接纳社员近五百人,并成长为悉尼地区最大的华人学生音乐社团。 2015年,琴艺轩将继续履行社团宗旨,为广大新南音乐爱好者提供学习,分享,交流的平台,并致力于组织多元的社团活动来丰富大家的课余生活,拒绝商业化,让大家能够在这个大家庭中结交到兴趣相投的朋友。最后,我们欢迎所有对社团工作有热情,有责任心的同学加入我们,陪伴社团成长的同时也有益于培养个人能力,激发自身潜能,这对于你或是社团都将是一笔宝贵的财富。我们这个热爱音乐的大家庭需要你,快来吧! UNSW Chinese Musician Society was formally founded in 2013 by those students who are passionate about music. Our society is the only Chinese musician society among the universities in NSW. Within merely one year, CMS has possessed around 500 members and has become the largest Chinese musician society in Sydney. We have held several concerts and Gala to celebrate Chinese traditional festival and cooperated with other organisations. To ensure the quality of all the performances, our society executive teams schedules weekly rehearsal for traditional Chinese music, electronic music, traditional Chinese dance. In 2016, our society will keep persisting on providing an inspiring platform for music lovers as well as spreading the essence of Chinese culture.
