About UNSW Creative Arts Club (CCAC)

Chinese Creative Arts Club (CCAC) aims to provide a cheerful and inspiring committee for like-minded Chinese arts enthusiasts among UNSW students. We encourage members to engage in a diverse range of Chinese art events, including porcelain ceramics, triditional Chinese painting, jade seal carving, paper-cutting，shadow play and clay figurine making. We run frequent handcraft workshops and tutorials to cultivate members' interest and spread the influence of Chinese triditional art. The major focus of our events is to teach members basic knowledge and substantial skills required in the creation of Chinese triditional art, and to provide members with support and guidance throughout their handcrafting process. Members will learn the history and development process of Chinese art through a multitude of engaging activities, to enhance their understanding of the association between traditional Chinese art and Western art or contemporary art. We also hold Chinese art knowledge contest and artwork competitions, which allow members to showcase their creativity and talent through collaboration and teamwork. UNSW CCAC（Chinese Creative Arts Club），中国摄影艺术社，简称影艺社，成立于2019年，是新南威尔士大学唯一的华人摄影与艺术类大型社团。 CCAC致力于聚集新南华人学生中的摄影艺术爱好者，提供摄影、设计、绘画、电影等艺术的交流平台，为有意愿从事艺术行业的同学提供机会与帮助，是连接摄影艺术爱好者们的桥梁。 在这里，你可以参加免费的摄影艺术课程和活动，掌握摄影的基本知识，培养艺术类兴趣爱好；你可以寻找到志同道合的朋友，让有趣多样的活动充实你的课余时间，温暖你的海外留学生活；你还可以加入我们的管理层，通过部门工作学习技能，锻炼自身能力，一展才华，为进入职场做好准备。
