Unwind is a personal meditation trainer app designed for people seeking to learn the daily habit of meditation and enjoy its life-changing benefits. Unlike the other meditation applications, Unwind is specifically designedfor beginners in the practice of meditation and closely guides the user from its beginning stages to its mastering of the discipline. Meditation Trainer AI: The point of differentiation is an innovative in-app “Meditation Trainer AI” which adapts to the user’s level of practice and consistency. It starts by offering him 2 min long guided meditation sessions, and seamlessly increases the difficulty and the length of the sessions until the user is able to perform full-fledged and autonomous 20 min sessions on a daily basis. The app will monitor the user’s consistency and increase, maintain or decrease the difficulty level accordingly. Rewarding Progression System: Finally, Unwind offers a rewarding and motivating progression system that will encourage the user to use the app consistently and take pleasure in doing so. A unique "Avatar" will be prominently displayed on the main screen of the app and will represent the user's progression. The design of the Avatar will change as the user gains in practice giving him a very personalized motivation factor. Successfully adopting Meditation as a daily habit.
