About UOABN

Business Navigators is the University of Auckland Business School’s flagship leadership and entrepreneurship program, founded in 2025 to accelerate the development of New Zealand’s top business talent. Each year, a new cohort of high-achieving students is hand-selected through a competitive process, creating a rapidly expanding pipeline of leadership-ready graduates. The program blends academic excellence with real-world application. Students tackle Harvard-style case studies of high-growth companies such as Xero, ZURU, Halter, and PushPay, and learn directly from leading entrepreneurs including Jamie Beaton and FZ Jiang, co-founders of Crimson Education. Members also complete over 60 hours annually of structured extracurricular development, ensuring both academic distinction and practical capability. Through the University of Auckland Business Navigators Club (UABN), members gain exclusive access to networking, mentorship, and industry engagement, positioning them at the forefront of New Zealand’s business landscape.
