uOttawa’s South Asian Association is a cultural and community-based club dedicated to representing and celebrating the full diversity of South Asia. We provide a welcoming and inclusive space for South Asian and international students from all backgrounds to connect, share their stories, and celebrate their heritage. Our club is not defined by one culture, religion, or region. Instead, we exist to represent every part of South Asia. From different languages and faiths to traditions and experiences that are often overlooked, uOSAA is committed to making sure every student feels seen, valued, and included. Throughout the year, we host events, workshops, and community initiatives that go beyond just entertainment. Our goal is to foster meaningful connection, cultural pride, and unity within Ottawa’s South Asian student community.
