About Up Academy (Hrb Solutions)

This is an HRB Solutions project created in 2017 in partnership with ALTAR and Audax ISCTE that aims to align the real needs of companies, by training talent in Programming and IT. For all those who want to convert their skills in the Technological area (Beginner and Starter Academies), are already knowledgeable and intend to explore a new technology (PRO Academies) or want to bet on Reskill and Upskill (requalification and reinforcement of knowledge, respectively) the two processes of the Upgrade Academies. Fast technological development and the lack of resources adjusted to the needs of the labor market means that workers seek constant learning and changes in the professional path that reinforce the updating they need. We have technological partners responsible for real projects, which promote the guarantee of employability with an active methodology and personalized training. Our goal is to train talents and provide them with the best technical skills, through certified theoretical and practical training, as well as the development of soft skills. This is a project with a successful career path and the creation of a very rare and scarce professional profile in the market. More than IT technicians, these are trainees with analytical, strategic and action skills, who are able to find effective technological solutions that meet the needs and objectives of the client. At the moment, we have more than 30 different training courses available, in different technologies, which can be adjusted to the client's needs and characteristics
