UpHigh is a management consultancy firm that builds competence and levers change for CSR and sustainability, issues, norms, expectations and standards which are traditionally not seen as “core business”, but that are more and more becoming so. These issues are the ones that will make or break you in tomorrow’s global marketplace – and we make sure to get you out on top. Our business idea is to facilitate our clients’ CSR-transformation from tactical responsiveness to strategic value creation. At UpHigh we conceptualize this transformation through the phrase ”going beyond compliance”. Concretely, we have on the back of rigorous academic and empirical experience developed hands-on support in three consulting areas: knowledge-systems (understanding sustainability), analysis (prioritizing sustainability issues) and transformation (change of business processes). Each of our modules has various products developed under them, such as board education, materiality analysis or CSR due diligences for example. Functionally we also try to focus on business processes where demonstrated financial returns are linked to sustainability, such as human resources and sourcing. Our clients are those small or mid-cap companies who wish to go beyond global requirements for sustainability compliance and capitalize on opportunities from external sustainability business factors, factors that characterize today’s global and conscious market place more and more. We predominantly work in Sweden and the Nordic region within sectors such as manufacturing, construction, telecom, finance and private equity - but we are always open to anyone who wants to understand the potential within a commitment to CSR adjustment.
