About Uplift Southwest
Uplift Southwest has been developed to support positive change in people’s lives. This is achieved through a combination of one to one coaching using the Reverse Therapy techniques and as group workshops. Specialists in non-specific illness born from emotional pressures or commonly described as stress. These conditions include: M.E, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, IBS, muscle pain, associated anxiety and depression. The Reverse Therapy process is used to support the above conditions in 1:1 sessions. The workshops cover a variety of areas to help promote health and wellbeing, providing preventative measures. They are designed and tailored to meet our customers needs. These workshops are presented in an interactive fun style enabling the participants to experience the techniques taught allowing them to more effectively apply them to their lives.
