About UpsideDowns Education Trust
UpsideDowns' mission is to give a voice to Aotearoa’s children living with Down syndrome. We do this by providing essential speech and language therapy, empowering them to speak, read, write, and fully participate in education and community life. UpsideDowns has been delivering programmes of speech therapy since 2003. We walk alongside our members from the day they join (often from birth) until they graduate high school or turn 21. We are a registered charity and a trusted institution in Aotearoa's Down syndrome community. Our ultimate goal is to give the gift of speech to every child living with Down syndrome in Aotearoa.
