We are a social enterprise which exists to improve the physical, emotional and mental health of people living in Stockport. We run a full timetable of public yoga classes, courses and commissioned projects and reinvest the profits into our Pay-What-You-Can and Donation schemes as well as local projects which improve health and wellbeing through yoga.
