In 2023, Urban Animal began pioneering the next difference in the industry - building a worker cooperative. Though this is a less common (in the U.S.) business model, its success elsewhere supports Urban Animal's values to give those who do the work a voice, governance, and the opportunity at ownership. Our practice is about helping pets and a diverse clientele with option-based veterinary medicine and offers two distinct approaches – a walk-in model and an appointment-based model. The walk-in model is geared toward affordability without an appointment. The appointment model offers dedicated appointment times and enhanced conversations with staff. No matter which model you choose (or if you need both at different times), clients and patients will receive option-based care from some of the best veterinary professionals in the industry.
