About Urban Bridges
Urban Bridges Inc. is a non-profit support program comprised of The Academy of Creative Arts at Trinity (ACAT), which started in 2009, and Dinah’s House, which started in 2016. Our mission is to build strong and mutually respectful relationships, do our part to build a just and equitable society, and live with hope and promise. In particular, Urban Bridges was formed to provide a continuum of services that nurture and empower women and children in the Greater Haverhill community. From our inception, Urban Bridges Inc. has endeavored to be embracing and inclusive, to represent good citizenship and build community, and to provide a safe haven for neighborhood families within a stimulating learning environment, while providing a welcoming and supportive place, where conversation, empathy, and encouragement meet the stress of inner-city obstactles.
