About Urban Edge Architecture
Urban Edge Architecture was founded in the Lincolnshire market town of Stamford in 2007. Over the last 17 years we have built a diverse portfolio of projects within the industrial, retail, later living, residential and leisure sectors. Notable schemes include a number of retirement living communities for Inspired Villages, the first of which completed in 2023 and a distribution warehouse on the Erdington Industrial Estate in Birmingham which proposes a number of interventions and initiatives to improve energy performance, reduce air pollution and improve local air quality. Our client base continues to grow and we are currently working with some of the largest developers and funds in the UK including: Legal & General, USS, Hammerson, Orchard Street Investment Management, Wilson Bowden, Abrdn, NewRiver Retail and LaSalle Investment Management. We continue to thrive and are keen to bring our experience to projects of all scales and budgets. We pride ourselves in our approach and we involve the whole team in every project we embark upon. Our staff are committed to design and each team member brings something unique to the table, whether technically or conceptually biased, allowing conclusions to be reached quickly and efficiently.
