Working with CEOs, Executive Directors, Development Directors and fundraising team to do the following as needed. - Enhance and lead a state-of-the-art development practice to build upon current success and evaluate opportunities for introduction of initial or additional best practices - Strategize, design, organize, implement and execute fundraising activities while aligning with organizational metrics and objectives - Assist in determining goals, cash flow projections and an annual work plan to reach overall development goals - Contribute to strategic plan diversification of funding and development of new, sustainable revenue generation - Work with the CEO and/or fundraising team to develop all fundraising-related budgets - In collaboration with the CEO and/or fundraising team, assist in managing fundraising with the Board of Directors, to ensure annual Board goals are met through their personal contributions, company contributions and introductions/referrals to new donors - Support the identification and development of contacts with broad base sources for funding, gifts in-kind, and donated service - Grant writer for writing and developing all grant proposals, solicitation letters, and requests for support
