Urban Land Consultants, LLC was founded in 1965 in Shelby Township, MI. Since our company’s inception, we have been focused on offering the highest quality civil engineering, land planning, and land survey services for our clients in Oakland and Macomb Counties and the surrounding areas. Our clients mostly include the private sector, specifically business, residential, and industrial developers.
