Instead of asking our Brokers to be a ‘jack of all trades’, we hire (and pay for) the experts to take the technology, graphic design, marketing & organizational burden off our Brokers so they can be a master of one, YOU! How We’re Different: - Urban Luxe only employs full time Brokers with an advanced degree, Realtor ® designation and who have been selling Denver real estate for at least 2 years with a minimum annual gross sales of $4.5M or greater. - We have a full time marketing & design department. Yup, as in real, live creative people. We don't believe in 'one size fits all' marketing campaigns, brochure templates or agent branding. - Full time transaction managers work along side each Realtor to follow up with daily communications & correspondence with mortgage representatives, title companies, attorneys and all related parties to make sure every detail is accounted for and the transaction gets completed correctly and on time. - We offer simple commission structure- 80% to Broker, 20% to Urban Luxe and it doesn't 're-set.'
