We are the Urban Places Lab (UPL) – the think tank for urban transformation of traffic and parking spaces 🔬Spun out of university research, and founded in 2024 by a consortium of visionary partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, our goal is to make cities more efficient, greener, and more livable.
