Chief Executive Officer：Takashi Hayashi Takashi Hayashi has a long and distinguished career as a professional skier and sports innovator culminating in his high profile MC roles in the 2002 World Cups. His family has a well-established hotel and restaurant business from which he began to develop his expertise in the hospitality and service industry. During that period he was managing several restaurants. Takashi joined Urban Resorts in 2006 as President and today he oversees and manages 14 properties with a total of 448 rooms and a staff of 400. Chief Operating Officer：Shingo Murata Shingo Murata is a registered real-estate and building specialist who graduated Waseda Univ. (Politics and economy) and served within the leisure industry for over 20 years. He has previously managed many assets including 10 hotels, wedding halls, and restaurants. He later became an executive officer spearheading M&A of hotels, swimming schools, bowling alleys, and arcades.
