About Urban Wellness
Urban Wellness provides individual, couples and family therapy at our three Chicago locations. We offer community and clinical education through our UW Academy, and expert wellbeing consultation and support for businesses though our Wellbeing at Work initiative. We call Edison Park, Sauganash and Old Irving Park our homes, but our reach is far beyond Chicago. Our community webinars have been accessed nationwide and our Wellbeing at Work Initiative can support organizations anywhere in the world as they engage in the essential work of cultivating mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Our mission is to make wellness a down-to-earth practice, and we strive to eliminate mental health stigma and make wellness part of the conversation; at home, in the community, and in the workplace.
