Launched in 1999, Urbanize Homes has built a solid reputation as one of the areas most innovative and exciting developers. Urbanize Homes was established by entrepreneur Sal Arya, an early advocate of the theory that property would prosper. Whilst working as a financial consultant in the late 1980’s he experimented with his first house refurbishment – it reaped rewards of nearly 150%. It is Sal’s extraordinary ability to see potential where others don’t that puts Urbanize ahead of the game. Lead by him, Urbanize strives to deliver to emerging and established markets developments that are unique, iconic and eye catching but which respond to everyday needs and lifestyles. Urbanize selects its working partners very carefully, teaming only with those skilled and experienced organisations that demonstrate a passion for breaking the mould and a shared understanding of the important role a home will play in an individual’s life – be it a first home, a stepping stone or a second abode.
