Land Development – identifying under utilized land parcels where we can bring value through assembly, official plan amendments, or rezoning applications for residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. Residential and Commercial Construction - Utilizing our existing infrastructure and self performing experience to excel at Construction management and General Contractor work. We focus on our own land development projects but also look for strategic joint venture agreements with land owners. Assemble, Design, Zone, Sell, Build. The UrbanLink group has experience and expertise managing and self-performing major and complexed projects across Canada, for private, federal, provincial, regional, and municipal clients.
