We started out in Madrid, where we established a base for our company, ready to take on new challenges thanks to the flexibility and drive which defines us. Urbemar was the first real estate agent in Puerto Banus and was able to consolidate itself in the market through effort, steadfastness and commitment to the point where between appartments, moorings and commercial premises, they managed 70% of the real estate in the area . This continual growth allowed us to move into other areas of the sector like real estate promotion. Urbemar was thus able to achieve one of its main ambitions with the opening of Centro Plaza in Puerto Banus. From then on we have continued to adapt to new and future challenges, always based on our set of values.
