With over 40 years’ collective experience in the property industry, having worked directly for local government, private developers and property owners, we understand what our clients want and what governments require to facilitate development. Our focus is to achieve development outcomes that add value to our client’s property portfolios. Our clients are local, interstate and overseas based. Urbicus adds significant value at the front end of the development process by providing site and project specific planning advice. This advice is generally provided prior to the purchase of a property or during the preliminary concept planning stage of a project. Our development applications provide Council with the information they require to assess and decide our applications in a timely manner and we remain in constant contact during the assessment process to ensure our applications remain on track.
