Urbicus adds significant value at the front end of the development process by providing site and project specific planning advice. This advice is generally provided prior to the purchase of a property or during the preliminary concept planning stage of a project. Our development applications provide Council with the information they require to assess and decide our applications in a timely manner and we remain in constant contact during the assessment process to ensure our applications remain on track.
