About Uroguidance
Our Mission – To improve the urologic health in both long and short term nursing facilities through compassionate and expert care. The Uroguidance program was developed with the goal of helping nursing facilities and their patients by bringing specialized urologic care directly to the residents within these facilities. Uroguidance has been serving the community for over seven years. Our facility partners have seen the benefits of providing urologic care within nursing facilities. Our program is endorsed by leadership in the clinical quality department at Kettering Health Network and other healthcare providers. Our specially trained nurse practitioners and physician assistants have completed extensive hands on training to provide expert care to residents who have been identified as having urologic health issues. These nurse practitioners and physician assistants are supported by local board-certified urologists who are available around the clock for questions. By using this team-based care approach, our program has reached many partner facilities across the greater Miami Valley.
