Our mission is to empower private urology practices by providing strategic resources, collaboration opportunities, and enhanced financial leverage. Our Objectives UMA is dedicated to: • Preserving Independence – Offering an alternative to hospital or private equity acquisitions, allowing urology practices to maintain autonomy while benefiting from collective purchasing power. • Fostering Collaboration – Creating a forum where like-minded urology practices can exchange best practices in financial, clinical, and operational management. • Expanding Opportunities – Providing small, medium, and large practices with access to strategic initiatives and resources that would be otherwise unattainable without alliance collaboration.
