Helsinki‑based international architecture company. We focus on the design, consultancy and development of commercial and hospitality projects, covering both new builds and the redevelopment of existing heritage. With over 40 years of combined experience in architecture and planning, our mission is to re‑imagine the future of architecture and real estate – embracing new ways of living and working and creating a built environment that feels more vibrant and alive. For several years, we have been working on and leading the design of the most demanding commercial, hospitality, and heritage projects in Finland and internationally, including: - KeilaniemenPortti – the world’s tallest wooden HQ office building, Espoo, for VARMA Pension Fund (2018–2023, with ARCO) - Malmi hospitality towers NOLi & Juli, Helsinki, for NREP (2017–2023, with ARCO) - International prize laureate for the new Carthage Museum UNESCO World Heritage site extension and renovation, Tunisia (2023, with OPUS) We are very engaged in developing innovative commercial, hospitality, and conversion concepts that best serve our clients’ business goals, enhance user well‑being, and respect nature.
