We require that all members have at least 5+ years of recent manufacturing experience. When employers post their jobs with us, they receive a host of recruitment services at no additional cost. Our services include: Direct Recruitment- When an employer post a job on our job board, we carefully monitor this process to see which of our members are applying for the position. If we determine we need more direct matches, our team of manufacturing recruiters will directly recruit applicants, and direct them to apply for the job posting. This way, the employer gets directly recruited candidates without paying a single headhunting fee. Exclusivity- Most manufacturing employers and job seekers desire a job board that is exclusive to serving their needs. Unlike most job boards, we prescreen all members to make sure they are “highly skilled” manufacturing candidates. Job seekers appreciate the exclusivity and employers appreciate the reduction in receiving “junk” resumes. Special Requests- A feature we developed which allows employers to make a Special Request each month to direct our recruiters to recruit more candidates from a specific area of specialization for no additional cost. Red Alerts- *A favorite. This feature ensures that quality applicants are being presented with 48 hours of posting a job order. If an employer does not receive resumes within 48 hours, our staff receives a Red Alert and will immediately begin directly recruiting candidates for that particular job order at no additional cost. Our staff will also contact the employer to discuss improving the job posting.
