About Utah Tech University Foundation
The Utah Tech University Foundation is a 501(c)3 foundation in St. George, Utah. Established in 1971, The UT Foundation was organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. It is a non-profit educational organization with its primary purpose of supporting education. Since its inception, the Foundation has helped hundreds of students by offering scholarships to Utah Tech University. Funding for these scholarships comes through our annual Fire & Ice Gala. Each donor or contributor has their name displayed by the silent auction item or announced as the live auction item goes up for bid. Through these auction items, the Foundation can bless hundreds of students in critical need of an education and fund that education. All net proceeds from Fire & Ice go to these need-based scholarships for Utah Tech University Students.
