Utility Contracting Company is a full-service outside plant telecommunications contractor. Established in 1974 in Sparta, Michigan, we have been a leading provider of telecommunications construction and splicing for over 40 years. Our services include all aspects of buried and aerial placement, and copper and fiber optic splicing. We provide services throughout Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula. We also operate in northern Indiana and northwest Ohio. We cover this area with more than 100 well-trained and well-equipped construction professionals. Our main office is still located in Sparta, and we have field offices established in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing and Saginaw. Our outstanding people are our No. 1 asset. Our wholly owned fleet of late-model vehicles and equipment allow us to be responsive to whatever needs arise for our customers, and our established safety and quality program ensures that our work is completed safely, correctly, on time and within budget.
