About Utility Matters
Assisting clients to apply for various grants, funding from the State government and City Councils: from 2015 to date, our customers have received more than $250,000 from Environmental Grants, Rating and Assessment Grants and Energy Efficiency for Business subside. Conducting energy audits: in the last six years, we have conducted more than 22 level 2 energy audits, covered commercial building, education, shopping centre and hotels. NABERS rating assessment: we have two qualified NABERS and CBD assessors have carried ratings for hotels, offices and shopping. Section J and JV3 reporting: So far, we have completed various reports from Class 2 to 9 buildings. Energy Saver Certification application: we can assist clients to claim ESCs especially using the PIAM&V method. This method allows 'equipment level' energy savings to be deemed for up to ten years. The term ‘energy’ may refer to electricity, gas, or both.
