Our operatives ensure first class customer service throughout their visit to customers property’s and our qualified well experienced operatives will provide energy advice to customers. Smart meter technology, it will help customers monitor and manage their consumption of energy and provide them accurate bills. We ensure all our operatives work in accordance with SMICoP (Smart Meter Installation Code of Practice). Utility Smart Metering ensures all our team members receive up to date information and adhere to all health and safety procedures. We have achieved the following accreditation for the business: - MOCOPA (Meter Operator Code Of Practice Agreement) - OAMI (Ofgem approved meter operator) - Gas Safe - ICO (Information Commissioners Office) Our staff are all trained with the following: - Gas Safe - CCM 1 & MET 1 - City & Guilds - Northern PowerGrid assessment - MOCOPA internal and external assessment - SMICOP internal training and assessment - Industry applicable Health and Safety We are in the process of combining MOCOPA and OAMI operating procedures in to one operation system for ISO 9001 accreditation in early December. The time and effort we have put in to setting up our systems along with the long serving industry staff that have joined our company will assure competency in the roll out of Smets 2.
