Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, we are a family business focussed on supplying quality to those who value it. We offer new and used espresso machines and grinders, unbeatable servicing/ repairs/ refurbishing of commercial coffee equipment and C.E. approved machine spares. Setting the standard for service in the coffee industry, Andreá, the technical genius, who has always had a talent for building things, started his education in the coffee industry in 2009 at the age of 21 when he completed a nine month apprenticeship at the “La Scala” factory in Venice, Italy. There he learnt to build, repair and refurbish many brands of commercial espresso machines. Since returning to Johannesburg, South Africa in 2010, he has worked as a technician, accumulating experience, servicing the industry with his sweet sincerity that all our clients appreciate. Since 2018, Andreá and I (Fulvia) have partnered under the company “Utopia Enterprises (Pty) Ltd”, joining forces, where he is the technical expert and I am managing all the administrative work. We are the first spares supplier in Africa to build an online, easy to use spares catalogue with diagrams to efficiently assist technicians.
