Over the years, Utopus studio has created projects at a range of scales from cultural buildings, residential projects and luxury interiors to product design, bespoke light fixtures and contemporary furniture pieces. Key to the creative strategy of the firm is having an international design team with diverse professional experience in architecture, planning, furniture, lighting, exhibition, product and interior design. From its origins in Peru and Brazil, the studio was conceived as a nomadic office where the location of a brief is not a boundary, but a starting point to explore new cultural connections and opportunities for insight which are translated into architecture, interiors and custom pieces. This passion for exploration has led Utopus to set up offices in London, São Paulo and New York City. Utopus is a multi-disciplinary design studio who specializes in high-end residential design for exclusive private individuals, luxury retail brands and high profile corporate clients. Our ability and passion to work at different scales, with diverse materials, in unique contexts, has enabled Utopus to adapt a contemporary design language that embraces the sophistication and diversity of our clients' lifestyles.
