About UWA Science Union
**Seeking Sponsorship** UWA Science Union is the 2nd oldest faculty society at UWA and represents all students studying any form of science. We offer students quality opportunities in social, welfare, career and educational contexts. Science Union strives to give students the best educational experience and are committed to student representation, improving student engagement at UWA and increasing the vibrancy of life on campus. We run a number of educational and social events for the benefit of all students within the faculty, and many from outside the faculty. Our educational events include our education expo, school-specific careers talks and company-run information sessions. Science Union social events are extremely popular on campus and include the annual Ball, quiz nights and orientation events. In addition to these, we run a number of sporting and mental health events, and are involved each year with charity drives such as the Cancer Council’s Relay for Life and PROSH. We also host a Women in Science Breakfast and a Networking Cocktail Evening, an excellent way to connect with current students and your future employees. We would greatly appreciate the support and sponsorship of other organisations and companies to allow us to continue providing these opportunities to students. Exposure opportunities for our sponsors are many and include the Science Union website, club t- shirts worn by many around campus, noticeboards, bulletins, banners, posters and naming rights associated with event sponsorship. The product exposure and brand recognition gained by students makes sponsorship of the Science Union an invaluable opportunity for your company.
