We've spent many years appreciating and articulating how distinct behavioural patterns fundamentally determine the effectiveness of our relationships. Our work is essentially an exploration into the world of nature and nurture and how both define us. Just like the electromagnetic spectrum, our nature is like a series of wavelengths that may either align or not, as the case may be, with those whom you communicate. Although there’s no doubting that we all prefer certain frequencies or comfort zones of behaviour, we do possess the ability, depending on our mindset, to adapt. But what about nurture? Well, we see it as everything and everyone that shapes us from the moment we take our first breath. For all of us growing up, the reliance on both role models and our own experiences are what shapes our core values. But there is one other fundamental benefit to this learning. The opportunity to further enhance your self esteem and that of those around you. In so doing, you’ll be strengthening psychological armour, something that’s invaluable as we face the inevitable challenges of life.
