V & Co. Realty, founded by Veronika, is the product of a long-lasting love for real estate, which boasts over 20 years of experience and leadership in the industry. Real estate is more than my career; it is my passion. The desire to be open-minded, flexible, and adaptable and deliver exceptional service to my beloved clients and customers is the driving force behind establishing my cherished business. The journey to achieving my goal of launching V & Co. Realty was not an easy one. However, reaching this milestone is a dream come true. This appreciation for my business is evident in the dedication I give to my customers. My unique journey is what makes V & Co. Realty truly special. I come from a small, beautiful town called Levoča in Slovakia, where people simply don’t become business owners. My parents, brother, and I migrated to Brisbane in 1992 with one suitcase in hand and no word of English in our vocabulary. As soon as we arrived in Australia, our heads were down, and we worked incredibly hard. I witnessed my parents work tirelessly, juggling numerous jobs at once, to ensure my brother and I had the best opportunities in this amazing country. They never cease to inspire me. Diligence and persistence have been the way of my life and shaped the work ethic I bring to my business. In my years of real estate, I am always humbled to receive validating reviews, often crediting I have “gone above and beyond”. I genuinely love my work and am always honoured to hear how much my clients appreciate this. Ultimately, ensuring my customers are happy and achieve their goals brings me the greatest joy. Two pivotal words from a dear, close friend that have stuck with me and pushed me on this journey are, “back yourself”. I strive to fulfill this concept every day and believe there is no stopping me. This determination transcends to the service I offer my customers. I endeavour to always ‘back’ and support my clients. Their success is my success.
