Why V-ROD GFRP rebar? 1) Non-corrosive - removes corrosion from the equation, reinforcing concrete structures...maintenance free with life span over100 years. 2) Non-conductive (electrically/magnectically neutral) 3) Value added: in many cases can minimize concrete cover, eliminate additives/inhibitors or eliminate cathodic protection or systems/processes typically used to address stray current. 4) Lightweight: 1/4 the weight of steel for greater productivity and less fatigue or injuries 5) Produce 3 grades of vinyl ester GFRP, the highest performing 60GPa GIII, 50GPa GII and 46Gpa GI along with most typical bends, stirrups, ties, continuous spirals and anchor heads. Also have low cost line of polyester bar (inc in CSA S807-19 FRP specification) for more "non-structural" flatwork/slab applications for temperature/shrinkage & crack control 6) Highest quality control in the market with high production capacity and prompt delivery. Successful track record with hundreds of infrastructure projects delivered across US & Canada 7) Have team of professors/engineers that at no cost can evaluate current steel reinforced designs, re-engineer with V-ROD and provide detailed calculation notes if required.
