V-Spoiler panels are based on the most proven and tested vortex generator in the trucking industry. "V" stands for Vortex. Vortex Generators are small passive devices that create small swirls of air (vortices). They are well known from the aerospace/flight industry, Formula 1 and windmills. It is a concept that enhances aerodynamics on trucks and trailers. V-Spoilers is synonym for stability, security and visibility. Our mission is to help the trucking industry to reduce both fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, and to reduce aerodynamic drag behind trailers, as well as to close the gap between the tractor and trailer. Our unique rubber panels are designed to prevent damages on the rear doors on trucks and trailers. They serve like a buffer between the doors and the sides, and the flexibility of the rubber panels makes it possible to install the V-Spoilers on tarpaulin bodies. We offer customized products that solve our customers' wants, needs and preferences. V-Spoilers are also offered with reflective pads and rubber versions to blend in with the already existing rubber extenders on many truck brands. We supply the original single pieces, however the panels are now more integrated, whether it is design, color matched or our standard black and white. In corporation with 3M we use the best VHB tape on the market, because we don't compromise on quality. Already tested in wind tunnels, tracks and on the roads, V Spoilers are the cheapest aerodynamic enhancement on the market. If aesthetics matter, you should go for V-Spoilers.
