We use the virtual reality recreating a situation and scenario, that can be located in your own facilities, those of the company of your clients or any other. The person feels himself protagonist of that situation and totally immersed in it , then is when we reinforce the skills that you need to influence. Why VR? -VR increases motivation and interactivity, making that people don't feel the need to check their phones or other distractions, not interrupting the learning process. -Virtual reality is the biggest empathy machine we know, because it allows us to live experiences that are normally out of our reach and to be able to put "on the shoes of others". Learning faster. -We know that the memory is anchored and becomes effective when we increase the emotional imputs and use multisensory channels such as VR. In the same way that science has advanced in determining the impact that the senses have, for example the smell, in our emotions and consequently in our behaviors, the virtual reality achieves by itself a high emotional impact in us. Our formula is the mix between a role-play and the coaching process. Another big advantage is that it allows to reach much more public more effectively but saving costs.
