About Valen Power Engineering
Valen Power Engineering Ltd provides electrical engineering solutions for systems ranging from LV to 400kV. Established in the North West of England in 2023 by three engineers with combined experience of over 40 years within DNO settings. Realising the importance of an integral working relationship and attention to detail Valen Power was born to provide the highest of services to a rapidly expanding industry. Authorised from LVAP to 132kV SAP enabling to offer a wide range of services on electrical networks: - Construction (up to 132kV). Installation of new substations, switchgear & transformer replacements, cable diversions & overlays, overhead line projects - Maintenance (up to 132kV). Intrusive of switchgear & transformers, VLF & PD mapping, non-intrusive Thermography & Partial Discharge surveys - Commissioning Management (up to 400kV). Production of commissioning plans, attendance of commissioning panel meetings, auditing of contractors, witnessing of FAT/SAT tests - Commissioning Execution (up to 400kV). Full array of cable pressure testing, switchgear and transformer testing. Primary & secondary injections of protection relays, functional testing of schemes, G99 testing and ongoing protection maintenance - Fault Response (up to 132kV). 24/7 standby services for telephone support or site response as required Let’s Succeed Together!
