Surviving the gauntlet of youth sports is the entry ticket to playing at the next level. More and more young athletes fail to maximize their potential in sports because of pain and non-contact injuries. Poor "movement diets" during childhood combined with the intensity of youth sports is resulting in less kids surviving the gauntlet of sports. Valesco's mission is to encourage athletes (and their parents) to invest in their Movement Bank Account before puberty ends. The end of puberty marks the end of potent, life-long adaptations. Sports and sport specialization are expensive costs on our bodies (and our wallets), so it's our job to make sure you can afford it! By facilitating generalized training rooted in complexity, sport-specificity, and enjoyability, we help give young athletes a movement diet that will increase their performance now and set them up for a pain-free future.
