About Valido

Valido was founded by IIT Delhi alumni with the vision of creating a platform that serves as the premier source of verified information about individuals and organizations. It aims to provide all the information necessary for establishing trust between individuals, organizations, or third parties, ensuring reliability and transparency. Currently people need to spend time and effort in long queues whenever they need to get documents verified for visa/passport, college admissions, entrance exams, getting hired for jobs. These processes also require significant resources, time and manpower from the verifying organization's side. Documents are still verified manually by humans even in this day and age as not all the information and documents are available through trustable digital channels. At Valido we aim to solve these problems by automating the manual verification process. Currently our platform is live in IIT Delhi and it has been used by IIT Delhi officially to verify 40000 documents of 5500 students during admissions and placements. We received an acquisition offer from NIC( National Informatics Exchange) which we rejected.
