Valira Asset Management is an investment management company based in Madrid, which focuses on providing investment solutions in the alternative investments space. It is an ambitious project started by a team which has a vast experience advising institutional clients (Spanish, Portuguese and Andorran) since 2001. VAM is supported and participated by Crèdit Andorrà, the biggest bank in Andorra, who owns 60% of Valira's capital. This has given an important boost to the solidness and soundness of the project. Valira Capital Asset Management S.G.I.I.C. S.A is registered under Spanish financial markets regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). Valira Capital is the legal vehicle through which Valira Asset Management launches its own Spanish alternative products. Our objective is to create a complete structure of management and advisory services in the alternative investments arena by internally controlling each and every part of the investment process.
