About Valley Commercial Contractors
In 1976 Valley Construction Company was founded by veteran builder, John A. DeWeese, for the purpose of constructing new buildings and tenant improvements for a major real estate developer in the San Fernando Valley. Soon after, the firm began constructing projects for other development companies, property management firms, and corporate clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area. In 1991 Jeff S. DeWeese founded an affiliate construction company in Sacramento, for the purpose of constructing projects for real estate developers and other clients in Northern California and Nevada. In 1997 the two companies merged to become Valley Commercial Contractors L.P. to serve our California clients as well as Arizona and Nevada. We specialize in commercial construction projects, from tenant improvement build-outs and low rise office and industrial buildings to seismic retrofits and retail projects in Southern California, including Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Orange, and Riverside Counties, the greater Sacramento and San Francisco areas in Northern California, as well as Arizona, specifically the greater Phoenix area, and Nevada.
